General
All prices exclude VAT tax applicable at the time. Standard freight costs will be added to the prices unless otherwise stated. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase online at res.fjarran.com / retail.fjarran.com / fjarran.com. If you are under the age of 18, parental consent is required, as stipulated in the Swedish Parental Code. By placing an order at fjarran.com, you approve of the current terms and conditions stated below and you certify that all information you have submitted about yourself is correct.
“We” “our” and “ours” in the text below refers to Fjärran/Fjärran Sports/Fjärran Sports AB.

2. Retail Conditions
Placing an order from Fjärran is agreeing to Fjärran’s retail conditions.
2.1. Order and Invoicing
• Advance-payment of 150 euros on your first order for activation.
• An invoice will be sent to your e-mail once you place an order.
The remaining of the order amount is paid upon 20 days net.
• Standard freight cost is added to your invoice.
• Restocking orders invoice upon, 20 days net.
*The currency is in € Euro until further notice.
2.2. Payment Method
• All Fjärran invoices is send by e-mail.
Once you have placed and approved your order, payment will be made against invoice. Read more about our payment information below:
Advance Payment (activate order): The invoice for the advance payment is 150 euros and will be sent to you by e-mail when you place your order and will be available in your personal Fjärran Profile Dashboard. This payment is to ensure and confirm your order.
*Please note that the order is only approved and guaranteed once your advance payment has been received.
Order Invoice: Invoice for the remaining of the order amount is paid upon 20 days net.
2.3 Retail Displays (optional)
Equip each store with one of the Retail Excellence Displays including HYP Oasis and replacement filters.
2.4 Stock and restock
• Minimum stock is 10 pcs per item for each physical store.
This to ensure stock levels (the Fjärran displays is always filled). A new order must be placed immediately if there are less than 10 pcs/item in stock.
*Restock delivery in 5-10 days as standard (Europe) and 15-20 days (internationally).
2.5 Freight and Delivery
• Standard freight cost is added to your invoice.
We partner with Bring, PostNord, DHL, and UPS depending on your location.
- Full delivery setup with Fjärran Displays is about 4-10 weeks when becoming our retail partner.
- Restock delivery in 8-20 days as standard.

3. General terms and conditions
Order
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all the details about your Fjärran products, along with the price, billing and shipping addresses. An invoice of 150 EUR for pre-payment will be sent to your e-mail. Once your payment is received we will send you an “accepted” order confirmation notification. If there is an error in the order confirmation, you should contact our customer service immediately.
No order confirmation received
Sometimes, due to a technical error or other circumstances beyond the
control of Fjärran Sports, your order confirmation may be delayed, or
you may not receive it at all. If more than 90 minutes has elapsed since
placing your order and you still haven’t received a confirmation,
please contact our customer service at [email protected].
Note, to activate your order you have to make the pre-payment of 150
EUR and you will receive a confirmation once we have received your
pre-payment as the following delivery status once your order leaves our
warehouse.
Shipping
After your completed order is activated you will receive your full
orderconfirmation. When your order will be sent from our warehouse, you
will receive an email with a tracking link so that you can track your
order. You will receive a confirmation by email or your phone number
when your order has or will arrive to your address or closest pick-up
point.
Outside the EU
Any import VAT or customs fees must be paid by you, the customer.
Freight
Standard freight cost will be added to your invoice.
Prices
Prices published on the website are in EUR as standard and they exclude VAT. Prices may need be adjusted due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to make price adjustments.
Change of terms
We reserve the right to, at any time, make changes to our Terms and Conditions. Changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted online at our website. The amended Terms and Conditions are deemed approved in connection with you placing an order or visiting our website.
Product information
We cannot guarantee that our website is free of typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that a product will always be in stock. We cannot guarantee that photos provide an exact representation of a product’s appearance, since colours may look different on screen than they do in real life. Differences may also occur due to photo quality and resolution. However, we always strive to represent our products as accurately as possible.
Uncollected packages
You must provide valid and accurate delivery information. If Fjärran Sports AB gets back a package that was sent to the wrong address or could not be delivered or which was never collected, you will be responsible for paying the new shipping costs, we charge a fee of EUR 800.
Your rights as a Fjärran Retail Excellence partner.
Fjärran will ensure that you have correct and up-to-date information about Fjärran and all our products.
Fjärran will ensure that you are offered up-to-date marketing materials, images and video advertising for the best results and experience with Fjärran.
Fjärran gives you the right to market and sell Fjärrans products according to Fjärrans instructions, information and shared content.
Defaulting party: the ordering party may not discount Fjärrans products without written agreement with Fjärran or disseminate false or misleading information about Fjärran that may have a detrimental effect on Fjärran.
Personal or Company Data Act
Whenever you place an order with us, you simultaneously give us your consent to save your name, address and phone number. You also consent to our storing information on your purchases in our database. Furthermore, you give your consent for us to contact you via email or messenger. We always take care in processing your personal or company data and we never share it with third parties. You can change the settings on your personal retail profile dashboard when you log in to “My Dashboard”.
Damage
If your package arrives damaged or opened, please notify us immediately when you recieve the package. Our freight partners have special forms for reporting damage.
Defects
Notice of defects must be made by mail to [email protected] . Notice of a defective product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been detected, but not later than 1 year from the time of purchase. Note that you must save the defective product and its packaging until the case has been resolved. We will replace you with new products immediately.
Limitation of liability
We assume no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise from the product. We accept no liability for delays/errors arising out of circumstances beyond the company’s control (Force Majeure). Examples of such circumstances include work conflicts, fire, war, authoritative decisions, delivery restrictions or non-delivery from suppliers. Furthermore, we accept no liability for any changes to products/product features that have been altered by a supplier or due to other factors beyond our control.
We do not: accept any liability for damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from your use of the website; guarantee which content and services will be available on the website. All content and services on the website are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis; or
guarantee that the website will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition nor that the information on the website itself will be free from errors or omissions (however, we will use all reasonable endeavours to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable once they have been brought to our attention).
Nothing in these Terms is intended to affect your statutory rights.
Exceptions to the right of return
The product must be sealed and unused. However, by law, you are entitled to ensure that it has the specified features and functions. When exercising your right of return, we are entitled to making a deduction to your refund if the product has been handled more than necessary. The amount of the deduction is decided on a case-by-case basis. For health and hygiene reasons, opened and/or used Fjärran products are never accepted for return. For approved cancellation of a purchase, we will refund the amount of your order within 21 days. If the return is approved you are responsible for the return shipping costs, when returning items, it is important that you clearly write both Fjärran Sports and your order number on the package. We hold the right to charge EUR 800 for the administration and handling fee of the order.
If we receive notification of a package/delivery that has been refused by a customer/recipient who has placed an order from Fjärran, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all costs incurred in connection with such a return + a handling fee of 800 euros.

Your privacy is important to Fjärran Sports AB (“Fjärran” or “we”). In this policy, we want to inform you about how we process your personal data and about your rights. WHO CAN GAIN ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL OR COMPANY DATA?
Your personal or company information is processed primarily by us at Fjärran. We will never sell your personal data. In some cases, we share your personal data in order to fulfill our obligations to you in a good and efficient manner:
- In order for us to ensure that you pay us, our payment provider(s) will gain access to your personal data.
- In order for us to deliver your goods to your company address or to a postal agent, and to handle any returns, we will share your personal or company data with a carrier.
- To collect and publish your reviews on our website we share your personal or company data with the supplier that provide the technical solution to collect and publish such reviews.
- To market relevant products and to make our website as relevant as possible we share your personal data with those providing us with a marketing service including such as Google and Facebook.
- We will share your personal or company data with IT suppliers that process the personal data on behalf of us as processors to assist us with IT-services.

DO WE TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE OF THE EU/EEA?
Fjärran generally processes your personal or Company data within the EU/EEA, but in a few cases we use suppliers from countries outside of the EU/EEA. When transferring your personal personal or Company data outside of the EU/EEA, Fjärran will ensure there is an adequate level of protection.
Fjärran may transfer your personal or Company data to the USA and our supplier that provides a service for sending information updates and our suppliers that provides services for marketing relevant products and to make our website and system as relevant as possible.
Any US suppliers we may use have certification according to Privacy Shield. Privacy Shield is an agreement between the EU and the USA, which rationale is to protect the fundamental rights of Europeans and to ensure legal certainty for businesses transferring personal data to the USA. American companies are able to sign up to be Privacy Shield certified with the U.S. Department of Commerce. Such department will then verify that the suppliers’ privacy policies comply with high data protection standards.

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal or company data concerning you. You can gain access to the personal data and obtain a copy of the personal or company data processed by us.
RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION
You have a right to obtain rectification of any inaccurate personal or company data concerning you and to ask us to have incomplete personal or company data completed.
